About the event
Please bring blankets, pillow, sheets (if booking beds) & cozy comfort sleep items. Dress comfortably, the temperature is kept low for inflammation purposes. Please be sure to eat meals or snacks prior to session, NO FOOD ALLOWED/NO CELL PHONES, only water allowed. Check in time is 8:50 pm, once checked in we will give people 15-20 mins to set up their cozy spot and use the bathroom, optional doTerra essential oil to enhance your sessions & then **45 min of Live 432 Hertz Sound Bath to set the body into deep relaxation before your overnight. One-of-a-kind experience!!
