About the event
Please bring blankets, pillow, sheets (if booking beds) & cozy comfort sleep items. Dress comfortably, the temperature is kept low for inflammation purposes. Please be sure to eat meals or snacks prior to session, NO FOOD ALLOWED/NO CELL PHONES, only water allowed. Â Â Check in as early as 8:45 pm, session begins at 9:30 pm until wake at 7am and check out at 8 am, following morning.
