About the event

This is the first part of our Quantum Alignment Series topic, "Get out of your own way!" 

We are offering a small group seminar and one on one sessions with Dr. Rick.

Learn about clearing out old programs/habits and adopt a new refreshing mindset to align you with your desired path.

*Bring a note pad, pen/pencil, blanket, and WATER ONLY.  Wear comfortable clothes. 

Schedule:

7:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.      Check in. Seats are first come first serve - all seats are in optimal zone! 😊

8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.      Introductions, gentle stretching and breath work

8:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.    Seminar and one-on-one sign up to work with Dr. Rick (included in the price of seminar)

11:00 a.m. - 8:45 p.m.    Break for your lunch, personal time & self-work. Return at your given designated time for one-on-one session with Dr. Rick. 

**For those who choose to purchase the add on ticket for the overnight, please see details below. 

***8:45 p.m. overnight check in at this time. Bring in your comforter/blanket, water, and pillow.

Check in for overnight is 8:45 pm - ends at 8:00 am Sunday. **Must bring your comforter/blanket, pillow, and water for your overnight. You are welcome to bring noise cancellation headphones if needed, we also check out headphones for the overnight for no extra charge just bring your driver's license (the headphones play binaural beats for relaxation)
