About the event
Please bring blankets, pillow, sheets (if booking beds) & cozy comfort sleep items. Dress comfortably, the temperature is kept low for inflammation purposes. Please be sure to eat meals or snacks prior to session, NO FOOD ALLOWED/NO CELL PHONES, only water allowed. Check in time is 4:45 pm, once checked we will give 10 mins to get settled, optional doTerra essential oil to enhance your sessions & then **45 min of Live 432 Hertz Sound Bath to set the body into deep relaxation.
