About the event
Please bring blankets, pillow, sheets (if booking beds) & cozy comfort sleep items. Dress comfortably, the temperature is kept low for inflammation purposes. Please be sure to eat meals or snacks prior to session, NO FOOD ALLOWED/NO CELL PHONES, only water allowed. Check in time is 5 pm, once checked in we will give people 15-20 mins to set up their cozy spot and use the bathroom, optional doTerra essential oil to enhance your sessions & then **45 min of Live 432 Hertz Sound Bath to set the body into deep relaxation and prepare for you overnight aka scalar slumber party. One-of-a-kind experience!!

This ticket is for 45 minute sound bath. Please make sure to turn off your cell phones prior to event. Upon completion of the 45 minute sound bath please exit building quietly as to not disturb those sleeping for the overnight.
